What time will you arrive for my subscription service?

For weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly recurring services, we don't schedule exact times — this lets us run efficient routes based on traffic and weather, keeping your price low. You'll get a text 30–60 minutes before we arrive on your service day. Most customers love not having to wait around for a scheduled window.

What time will you arrive for a one-time service?

Accepted Answer

One-time cleanups (Spring Clean-Up, one-time grass cutting, one-time combined service) include a confirmed appointment time. When Fernando sends your custom quote, he'll confirm a specific arrival window so you can plan around it.

What happens if it rains or snows on my service day?

Accepted Answer

We never skip a service visit. Every Wednesday is reserved as our rain/weather buffer day. If bad weather forces us to reschedule your regular day (Sun/Mon/Tue/Thu/Fri/Sat depending on your zone), we'll move your service to that Wednesday and send you a text update so you know what to expect. Your month's service always gets completed.

How does monthly billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly at a flat rate of 4 visits per month. Your weekly service rate (e.g., $23.50/week for 1 dog) × 4 visits = your monthly total ($94/month). Same predictable charge every month — no surprise fees.

Do I need to be home?

Nope! As long as we have gate access, you don't need to be there.
